Deconstructed Citrus Pavlova


  • 1 tub Puhoi Valley Authentic Greek Citrus Yuzu Yoghurt
  • 8 mini meringues
  • 1 orange
  • 1 mandarin
  • 1 grapefruit
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 6 sprigs fresh thyme


  1. Start by making the citrus salad. Peel and dice the orange, mandarin and grapefruit then combine in a bowl. And the lemon juice and two sprigs of chopped thyme and stir.

  2. Add 100g Puhoi Valley Citrus Yuzu Yoghurt to each plate, then add a spoonful of the citrus salad and top with two meringues.

  3. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and serve!
