Preheat the oven to 200°C and line baking tray with baking paper
Combine the flour and 1 ½ cups of Puhoi Valley Gruyere Cheese in a bowl then add the Puhoi Valley Authentic Greek Natural Yoghurt. Mix well then knead gently to form a soft dough.
Break into 12 even pieces, forming a rough, slightly flat ball and place on your oven tray. Sprinkle the tops with the remaining cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp!
Spice up your savoury scones with any spare ingredients you have in the fridge/pantry. Leftover roast veggies, red onion, bacon bits, ham, Puhoi Valley Basil Feta, spinach, herbs and spices all make great additions to add some flavour hits to your scones!
Add these after the yoghurt, before you start to mix and knead.
