Puhoi Valley Authentic Greek Raspberry & Boysenberry Compote Yoghurt Popsicles


Ingredients

  • 400g tub Puhoi Valley Authentic Greek Raspberry & Boysenberry Compote Yoghurt
  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Freeze-Dried Raspberries or Crumbled Meringues (optional)

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, put through a sieve to remove seeds, then pour into ice block moulds and freeze overnight.

  2. Serve as-is or scatter over crumbled freeze-dried raspberries or meringues.
