Indulge, just a little this winter with a scrumptious apple pudding and a delicious dollop of our decadent Puhoi Valley Salted Caramel Greek Yoghurt.
Preheat the oven to 180 and prepare a baking dish.
Peel, core and dice the apples. Spread evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
Combine sifted flour, baking powder, caster sugar, milk, melted butter and eggs in a bowl and beat together with an electric mixer until you have a smooth batter.
Spread the batter over the apples.
In a small saucepan combine all the sauce ingredients, simmering gently until you have a golden sauce. Pour over the batter in the baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown. Carefully remove from the oven and serve with a generous spoonful of Puhoi Authentic Greek Salted Caramel Yoghurt.
