Rice & Quinoa Porridge


  • 1 cup Rice and quinoa blend, cooked
  • 1 ½ -2 cups Puhoi Valley Half & Half Milk
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
  • Suggested topping Golden raisins and pistachio nuts, chopped


  1. Place all ingredients in a heavy-based saucepan and bring up to the boil.

  2. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring frequently until the rice and quinoa is soft and creamy.

  3. Serve topped with golden raisins and chopped pistachio nuts. Pour over extra Puhoi Valley milk if needed.
