Ingredients

750ml Bottle Puhoi Valley Organic Half & Half

6 Egg Yolks

80ml Maple Syrup

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 tsp Ground Nutmeg

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1 tsp Ground Cloves

1 tot Brandy, optional

Pinch of salt

 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined.
  2. Chill for 1 hour, blend again and serve.

Top Tip: Use the egg whites to make mini merengues for our pavlova platter!
