Caramel & White Chocolate Smoothie


  • 3 bottles Puhoi Valley Caramel & White Chocolate milk 300ml
  • 8 Raw cashew nuts roughly chopped
  • 6 Raw almonds roughly chopped
  • 3 Ready to eat dates, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 2 Ready to eat figs roughly chopped
  • 2-3 drops Vanilla extract
  • 3-4 Ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients except the ice in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Three-quarters fill 3 tall glasses with ice and pour over the smoothie.

  3. Optional – top each smoothie with a little grated or shaved dark chocolate.

  4. Use ready to eat dried fruit as they will blend more easily. If not, soak the dried fruit in some of the measured milk to soften, about 15 minutes.
