Caramel & White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

  • 3 blocks Philadelphia cream cheese at room temp
  • 50g Unsalted butter at room temp
  • 2 cups Sifted icing sugar
  • Dash Vanilla Extract
  • 3T Puhoi Valley Caramel & White Chocolate milk


  1. In a mixer, beat the butter and cream cheese for 3 minutes until light and fluffy.

  2. Add in the 2 cups of icing sugar, vanilla and the milk.

  3. Mix for another 2 mins until smooth, if the mixture requires more milk then add it as you need it.

  4. It should be thick enough to scoop and smear all over an 8 or 9 inch cake. Enjoy!
