Pizza Snack with Puhoi Valley Cow’s Milk Feta

We've used our Cow's Milk Feta to create this quick, easy but oh-so-delicious pizza topping

  • 100g Puhoi Valley Cow’s Milk Feta, crumbled
  • 50g butter, softened
  • 4 spring onions, trimmed and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped mixed fresh herbs, such as flat-leaf parsley, coriander, dill and sweet marjoram
  • 1 store-bought pizza base
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • extra sprigs fresh herbs to finish


  1. Mix together the Puhoi Valley Cow’s Milk Feta, butter, spring onion and herbs. Set aside.

  2. Heat the pizza base according to the packet instructions, brushing with olive oil and sprinkling with a little flaky salt.

  3. Spread pizza base with the Puhoi Valley Cow’s Milk Feta mixture, then sprinkle over some extra sprigs of fresh herbs.
