We've used our Cow's Milk Feta to create this quick, easy but oh-so-delicious pizza topping
Mix together the Puhoi Valley Cow’s Milk Feta, butter, spring onion and herbs. Set aside.
Heat the pizza base according to the packet instructions, brushing with olive oil and sprinkling with a little flaky salt.
Spread pizza base with the Puhoi Valley Cow’s Milk Feta mixture, then sprinkle over some extra sprigs of fresh herbs.
