Pear Blue Cheese Crostini

Recommended Wine Pairing – Chardonnay


  • 1 loaf Ciabatta, sliced
  • Puhoi Valley Distinction Blue Cheese
  • 2 pears
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • Honey


  1. Preheat the oven to 180.

  2. Spread the sliced Ciabatta onto a lined baking tray.

  3. Crumb Puhoi Distinction Blue onto the sliced Ciabatta, top with sliced pear and more blue cheese on top.

  4. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the bread is toasted.

  5. Remove from the oven, top with a drizzle of honey and crushed walnuts.
