Recommended Wine Pairing – Chardonnay
Preheat the oven to 180.
Spread the sliced Ciabatta onto a lined baking tray.
Crumb Puhoi Distinction Blue onto the sliced Ciabatta, top with sliced pear and more blue cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the bread is toasted.
Remove from the oven, top with a drizzle of honey and crushed walnuts.
