Double Cream Brie on Kumara Crostini


Ingredients

  • Kumara Crostini
  • 2 Medium sized orange kumaras
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Toppings
  • 2 Fresh figs
  • 1 Puhoi Valley Double Cream Brie
  • 1 Pack of Prosciutto
  • 1 bunch Italian parsley

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220.

  2. Slice the Kumara into 1cm slices and place on a baking tray.

  3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle on the salt and pepper

  4. Back for 18 mins, flip and bake the other side for a further 18 minutes

  5. Top with prosciutto, sliced double cream brie, fig and a sprinkling of Italian Parsley
