Double Cream Brie served with Balsamic Baked Grapes


  • 1 Puhoi Valley Double Cream Brie
  • 1 bunch of red grapes
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • generous cracking of black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 220.

  2. Place the grapes on a lined baking tray. Coat with balsamic, olive oil and pepper.

  3. bake for 15 minutes

  4. Place the grapes on top of the double cream brie, drizzling any remaining balsamic from the tray over the cheese

  5. serve with toasted ciabatta or sourdough
