Puhoi Valley Fresh Goat’s Cheese Tartine

  • 8 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 125g Puhoi Valley Fresh Goat’s Cheese
  • 6 tbsp runny honey
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, roughtly chopped
  • 2-3 sprigs thyme, leaves removed, optional


  1. Preheat the oven to Grill. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Spread the toasted sourdough slices with the Puhoi Valley Chèvre Style Goat’s Cheese, placing on the tray as you go.

  3. Place under the grill and grill until hot.

  4. Drizzle over the honey and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. Scatter with the thyme leaves, if using.
