Preheat the oven to Grill. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Spread the toasted sourdough slices with the Puhoi Valley Chèvre Style Goat’s Cheese, placing on the tray as you go.
Place under the grill and grill until hot.
Drizzle over the honey and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. Scatter with the thyme leaves, if using.
