Puhoi Valley Kawau Blue Gorgonzola Style is a feisty, strong blue with a moist soft and creamy texture, made in the style of traditional Italian Gorgonzola.  It has a grey - orange rind and abundant blue through the centre of the cheese. 

This cheese is delicious on a cheeseboard served with fresh, ripe pears or figs.
