Puhoi Valley Te Muri Triple Cream Brie is made using extra cream, which gives the Brie a rich, buttery flavour. It's decadently indulgent and melts in your mouth. When young it should be firm and chalky in texture.
Triple Cream Brie is a beautiful addition to a cheeseboard, especially enjoyed with a Chardonnay and French bread.
