Creme Fraiche
Puhoi Valley Creme Fraiche is a thick, rich cream with a slightly sour taste. Like a traditional Creme Fraiche, it has a smooth thick texture. Ideal for use in sauces or as a topping, and it can be used as a substitute for cream in many dishes.
