Puhoi Valley Kawau Blue Cheese
finely chopped walnuts
seedless black grapes, washed
- Roll the cheese into 5g balls and roll in the walnuts so that they are completely covered.
- Cut the grapes in half across the width and lay them with the cut side down. Place a walnut cheese ball on top of each grape half and use a short cocktail pick to skewer through them both.
