The Puhoi Valley Goat’s milk Feta is made from 100% Goats' milk. It is bright white in colour and has a smooth and fine-texture. The cheese has a subtle flavour of creamy Goats' milk and the saltiness typical of Feta.
Delicious straight from the fridge in salads or as part of an antipasto platter. Alternatively use as an ingredient in quiches and pies.
