This Puhoi Valley farmhouse style cheese is a full flavoured Camembert based on the traditional Normandy style. It is crafted with a unique combination of surface bacteria, yeasts and different moulds to develop a complexity of flavour. It has a unique mottled white and orange rind with a rustic aroma, while the centre is soft and buttery.
