A beautiful, refreshing mango lassi made from delicious Puhoi Valley yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • 250ml  Puhoi Valley Lemon Delcious Yoghurt 
  • Mango, peeled & flesh chopped 
  • 2-3  Ice cubes 
  • Crushed cardamom pods (optional) 
  • 1/2 cup  Cold water 

Method

  1. Place the Puhoi Valley Yoghurt, mango and ice in a blender.
  2. Add cold water and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mango lassi into a tall glass, sprinkle with crushed cardamom and drink
