Died blueberries, lightly crushed
- Place the steel-cut oats, salt, water and honey in a heavy-based saucepan. Bring up to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with Puhoi Valley Half & Half and top with the coconut and blueberries.
- Tip – any leftover porridge can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator. Reheat with a little Puhoi Valley Half & Half.
