How to Cheese Platter
Overnight chia seed bircher with Black Doris Plum yoghurt

Flavoured Milk Recipes
15 minutes (plus soaking time)
Puhoi Valley Half & Half Organic milk
Honey or maple
Pure Vanilla Extract
Puhoi Valley Black Doris Plum yoghurt 450g (to serve)
Roasted almonds, roughly chopped or ground (to serve)
Put the milk, dessicated coconut, rolled oats, chia seeds, honey and vanilla extract in a glass bowl or jar.
Mix until well combined, then place in the fridge and leave to soak overnight, or for at least 2 hours.
To serve, layer the chia bircher and black doris plum yoghurt in small sized jars, and then top with a sprinkle of the roasted almonds.
