Cool Beans Colombian Espresso Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle  Puhoi Valley Colombian Espresso milk 300mL 
  • 15g  Chocolate, shaved 
  • 2 scoops  Puhoi Valley Affogato Ice Cream, or similar 
  • 10g  Caramel sauce 
  • Chocolate bunny, to decorate 
  • Coffee beans 

Method

  1. Add one scoop of the Puhoi Valley Affogato Ice Cream into the glass. Pour 300mL Puhoi Valley Colombian Espresso milk over the ice cream.
  2. Add the second scoop of ice cream so it floats at the top of the milk shake. Pour the Caramel sauce over the ice cream, and sprinkle the chocolate shavings.
  3. For extra decoration, add coffee beans and a chocolate bunny. Enjoy!
