Puhoi Valley Kawau Blue Cheese with walnuts and grapes

  • Serves
    20 canapes


  • 100g  Puhoi Valley Kawau Blue Cheese 
  • ¼ cup  finely chopped walnuts 
  • 10  seedless black grapes, washed 


  1. Roll the cheese into 5g balls and roll in the walnuts so that they are completely covered.
  2. Cut the grapes in half across the width and lay them with the cut side down. Place a walnut cheese ball on top of each grape half and use a short cocktail pick to skewer through them both.
